Place the piston piece into the top, about 1cm in, and wait

Holding the brewer and piston, gently swirl, and wait

Press down gently until the brewer is empty

Put in the plunger just below the surface of the coffee and use it as a strainer

Stir the grounds, making sure all grounds end up wet

Pour at a constant rate until you reach {{ target }} ml

Gently stir once clockwise and once counterclockwise

Vigorously swirl your brew target, making sure all the ice has melted

Pour in {{ target }} ml at a constant rate of 7 gr/s

Agitate the grounds with a spoon and bloom

Pour at a constant rate of 7 gr/s until you reach {{ target }} ml

If draining slowly, swirl. If draining quickly, agitate

If not done by now, agitate less or grind coarser

Swirl vigorously, making sure to wet all the grounds

Gently swirl once clockwise and once counterclockwise
